International Sales / Business Development

- We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team.
- The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to potential customers in Dubai, introduce our telecom products and services, identify customer requirements, and generate qualified sales leads.
- This role focuses on lead generation only. Qualified leads will be forwarded to our Dubai office, where the local sales team will complete the sales process and customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Dubai using the company's CRM and calling system.
- Promote telecom products and services in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Explain product features, benefits, and available plans.
- Identify customer needs and qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
- Generate high-quality sales leads and accurately record customer information.




- Update call outcomes, customer feedback, and lead status in the CRM.
- Forward qualified leads to the Dubai sales team for further processing.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Maintain a skilled attitude and represent the company positively at all times.
- Stay updated on telecom products, promotions, and sales scripts.
- Follow company policies regarding customer data privacy and compliance.
