Role & responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships and vendor management activities.
- Handle end-to-end procurement and purchasing processes.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
- Conduct price and commercial negotiations with suppliers.
- Generate and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and related documentation.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project/production requirements.
- Evaluate vendors based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.
