- As a Regional Business Manager (2nd Line Manager) you will based at Kochi HQ handling Sales & Business Development of Ophthalmology segment covering entire Kerala for reputed Pharma company.
- You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
- You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
- You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.
- You will be responsible for effective team management your team and to achieve targets and incentives.

Candidate Profile.





- Science Graduate 12-15 years in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Regional Sales Manager handling Ophthalmology based at Kochi HQ covering entire Kerala.
- You should be good in Man Management & Business Development.
- You should have valuable experience in launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.
- You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
- You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
