- Lead and manage the overall Accounts & Finance function.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow and working capital.
- Manage accounting, MIS, P&L;, financial reporting and audits.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
- Manage banking relationships, taxation and financial controls.
- Monitor showroom-wise profitability, costs and financial performance.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team across multiple locations.
