About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will perform exploratory data analysis, build baseline machine learning models, and collaborate with senior data scientists to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.

You will work with both structured and unstructured datasets while strengthening your expertise in statistics, machine learning, and modern data science practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and communicate insights effectively.
- Build, evaluate, and validate baseline classification, regression, and clustering models.
- Write SQL queries to extract, clean,



and prepare datasets for analysis.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Perform hypothesis testing and summarize statistical findings.
- Support senior data scientists with model tuning, experimentation, and documentation.

Requirements

- B. Tech or M. Sc. in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Robust fundamentals in Python and Statistics.
- Hands-on experience with Pandas, Num Py, and Scikit-learn.
- Ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
