Key Requirements:

- Minimum 8 - 10 years of professional experience in Audio Engineering, Music Production, Recording, Mixing & Mastering.
- Prior teaching/training experience in a higher education institution preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard DAWs such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Cubase, or Studio One.
- Ability to teach subjects including Audio Engineering, Music Production, Recording Techniques, Sound Design, Live Sound, and Studio Workflow.
- Experience in managing recording studios, student projects, and practical lab sessions.
- Robust industry network with the ability to facilitate workshops, masterclasses, internships, and placements.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and student engagement skills.

Preferred Qualification:





Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Audio Engineering, Music Production, Sound Engineering, Music Technology, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver theory and practical sessions.
- Mentor students and supervise projects.
- Support curriculum enhancement aligned with current industry trends.
- Assist in studio operations, workshops, admissions activities, and industry collaborations.

Candidates with experience in professional studios, music labels, media organizations, or reputed music institutions will be preferred.
