- Generate leads and convert them into health insurance customers
- Explain health insurance plans and benefits to customers
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable policy solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Follow up with leads and complete the sales process
- Coordinate with the bank/branch team where applicable
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- 1+ year experience in BFSI / Insurance Sales preferred
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Sales and target-oriented approach
- Freshers can be considered for selected positions
