We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager for our QSR outlet to handle daily operations, staff management, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations
- Staff handling, training & shift scheduling
- Customer service & complaint handling
- Sales target achievement & cost control
- Inventory, stock & cash management
- Maintain hygiene, food safety & SOPs
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate / Hotel Management preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in QSR
- Solid leadership & communication skills
- Knowledge of POS, inventory & store operations
- Ready for rotational shifts.
