The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining clear communication between clients, designers, and contractors

- Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design plans and timelines

- Liaise with clients, contractors, and designers to address project requirements and resolve issues

- Monitor material deliveries, storage, and usage

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations

- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation





- Manage labor and ensure efficient workflow

- Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design/construction

- Robust knowledge of design processes, materials, and finishes

- Ability to read and interpret design drawings and technical specifications

- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards

- Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Gurgaon
