Procurement & Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable furniture manufacturers and raw material suppliers.
Maintain solid vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality supply.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to optimize costs.

Production Oversight & Scheduling
Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
Monitor workflow efficiency and resolve production delays.
Work with vendors to improve processes, minimize rework, and maintain timelines.

Quality Control & Compliance
Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished furniture.
Ensure all products meet company standards and regulatory compliance.
Implement corrective actions for defects and maintain detailed quality reports.

Cost Optimization & Process Improvement
Analyze production costs and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and waste reduction.





Travel & Vendor Inspections
Regularly visit vendor locations to inspect production, onboard new partners, and ensure compliance.
Ensure adherence to quality, efficiency, and sustainability standards.

Requirements
3-5 years experience in furniture manufacturing, procurement, or quality control.
Strong vendor coordination, negotiation, and process management skills.
Familiarity with woodworking, upholstery, metalwork, and furniture production processes.
Experience with quality standards and compliance requirements in the furniture industry.
Proficiency in ERP systems and internal reporting tools.
Willingness to travel frequently for vendor visits and quality inspections.
