Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative design concepts for residential, commercial, and retail spaces

- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp

- Collaborate with clients to understand project needs, design preferences, and budget constraints

- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project quality and timely completion

- Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation and resolve any project issues

- Research and incorporate sustainable materials and contemporary design trends

- Requirements
Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)

- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and project management

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
