Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Area Sales Executive to drive sales growth for our Pet Food business across the General Trade (GT) channel in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in FMCG sales, distributor management, retail expansion, and trade marketing. Prior exposure to the pet food, pet care, animal nutrition, or consumer goods industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly primary & secondary sales targets.
- Drive sales across the complete pet food product portfolio.
- Expand distribution through General Trade outlets, pet shops, and other retail channels.
- Execute beat plans and ensure effective market coverage.
- Implement trade schemes, promotional activities, and merchandising initiatives.
- Conduct retailer education on product benefits and pet nutrition

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in FMCG General Trade Sales.
- Experience in Pet Food, Pet Care, Animal Nutrition, Food, Consumer Goods, or Nutrition products is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of distributor management and retail development.
