Role Summary

Lead database operations and service delivery across Oracle and SQL Server platforms, driving performance optimization, high availability, automation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead database operations, complex incident resolution, and service improvements.





 Design and implement HA/DR solutions across database environments.

 Drive database performance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning.

 Lead automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

 Mentor database administrators and provide technical leadership.

 Support project delivery, migrations, and database transformation initiatives.
