We are looking for confident and energetic Process Associates who have strong outbound calling and cold-calling experience and are comfortable interacting with international customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to Australian customers.
- Handle high-volume calling and connect with 500 customers/leads as part of the daily calling process.
- Perform cold calling and effectively communicate campaign offerings.
- Generate quality leads and maintain professional communication with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about the campaign.
- Maintain accurate calling records and follow the defined process.
- Work closely with the team to achieve individual lead-generation and incentive opportunities.

Eligibility & Experience

- Prior outbound/cold-calling experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with Australian process experience will be preferred.
- International outbound experience with strong cold-calling skills will also be considered.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should be confident, proactive and comfortable speaking with international customers.





Salary & Incentives

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month, depending on experience and relevant Australian-process exposure.

- Australian-process experience: Up to ₹28,000
- Solid international outbound/cold-calling experience: Up to ₹30,000, depending on relevant experience and interview performance.
- Uncapped incentives — no fixed target-based incentive ceiling.
- Incentives are linked to the leads generated, allowing high performers to earn more.

Working Days & Timings

5.5 Days Working

Monday–Friday: Full Day

Saturday: Half Day

Sunday: Fixed Off
