: Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Make and manage a high volume of outbound calls professionally.

Draft, send, and manage emails on behalf of the client.

Handle email follow-ups and maintain clear communication with contacts.

Create simple and professional graphics, posts, documents, and other materials using Canva.

Use AI tools effectively to assist with content creation, research, drafting, and day-to-day tasks.

Assist with organizing documents, information, and administrative activities.

Support campaign-related communication and content requirements.

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling client emails and information.

Manage tasks independently and ensure timely completion with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.





Strong and confident phone communication skills.

Ability to write clear, professional, and well-structured emails.

Experience with or valuable working knowledge of Canva.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails efficiently.

Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or similar role is preferred.
