Role Description The Video Intern is a part-time, remote role focused on supporting LYFeX’s video production and live session content. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in planning and scripting video segments, organizing and editing recorded sessions for repurposed content, and preparing visual assets and easy graphics for live events. The intern will help coordinate video recordings, manage file organization, and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and platform standards.

The role may also involve collaborating with content, marketing,



and community teams to optimize video formats for different channels and support basic post-production tasks. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, participation-driven environment with opportunities to learn and grow in video and digital media.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in video production, including basic camera use, framing, and understanding of live or recorded video workflows.
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) for cutting, trimming, and assembling footage.
- Basic familiarity with motion graphics or visual design tools (e.g., After Effects, Canva, or similar) to support simple overlays, titles, or social clips.
- Strong organizational skills for managing media files, project timelines, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with guidance from supervisors.
- Interest in live streaming, online communities, or social platforms that prioritize real-time participation and conversation.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in film, media, communications, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
