nRole Overview

nWe're looking for a skilled Video Editor / Cinematographer who can handle end-to-end video production. This role is for someone who understands both shooting and editing, and can turn raw footage into clean, engaging visual stories.

nKey Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos using DSLR/mirrorless cameras with proper framing, lighting, and audio setup
n
- Handle different types of shoots including interviews, events, corporate videos, podcasts, and multi-camera setups
n
- Edit short-form and long-form videos with engaging cuts, pacing, transitions, and captions
n
- Work on content for internal communication, branding, events, and digital platforms
n
- Collaborate with content and design teams to bring ideas to life visually
n
- Create reels, teasers, explainers, and behind-the-scenes content
n
- Ensure consistency in visual quality, color grading, and audio clarity
n




- Manage raw footage, project files, and final outputs efficiently
n
- Stay updated with current video trends, formats, and editing styles
n
- Apply storytelling techniques to improve engagement and audience retention
n

nPre-Requisites

nQualification:

n

n
- Degree or diploma in Media, Filmmaking, Visual Communication, or related field
n

n

nExperience & Skills

n

n
- 2-7 years of hands-on experience in video shooting and editing
n
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
n
- Good understanding of camera operations, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment
n
- Experience with multi-camera shoots and syncing footage
n
- Solid sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
n
- Basic knowledge of color grading and sound design
n
- Ability to manage timelines and deliver under deadlines
