Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editing Intern at FloNeo Technologies. The intern will support the creation of product demos, tutorials, social media content, and marketing videos that clearly explain how FloNeo works and highlight user stories. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and editing raw footage, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and assisting with motion graphics and color grading to ensure a consistent visual style.

The intern will collaborate with design, marketing,



and product teams to translate scripts and storyboards into engaging video content optimized for multiple platforms. The role also involves maintaining versioned video assets, adapting content for short-form and long-form formats, and contributing creative ideas to improve viewer engagement and clarity.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating and refining high-quality content from raw footage.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone and enhance overall image quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, overlays, and animations.
- Basic familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is preferred.
- Robust attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to follow creative direction while working independently in a remote environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in AI, no-code platforms, or product-led content creation is beneficial; prior experience in tech or startup environments is a plus.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Film, Media, Design, Communications, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
