Role Description The Vice President Finance is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategic direction of Sentini Group. This role involves leading financial planning and budgeting processes, managing financial reporting cycles, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements across business units.

Finance will provide analytical insights to support strategic decisions, monitor key performance indicators, and manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with business heads, implementing robust financial controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements,



and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability. The role also includes mentoring finance team members and collaborating with senior leadership on long-term growth initiatives and risk management.

Qualifications Candidates should possess solid skills in Finance and Financial Planning to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy with 25 years experience. Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate consolidation, compliance, and timely management information. Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, support decision-making, and optimize financial performance.

Extensive experience in corporate finance leadership roles, preferably within diversified or conglomerate environments. In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance practices. Proven ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Master’s degree in Business Administration and a related field professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountancy are required.

Experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and collaboration with banks, investors, and external auditors is an essential. Must be currently working not below the rank of General Manager Finance with a repupted company.
