Title: Principal Fuctional Analyst SAP-FICO Reports to: Sr Delivery Manager - SAP Business Unit: Deluxe Shared Services Position Summary: This position is ideal for individuals who have the drive and desire to ‘make things happen’. It requires a highly motivated individual with attention to detail, having strong analytical and communication skills, having worked on Support rollout and implementation projects, If you are Having Robust Functional skills in SAP-FICO, then this role is perfect for you. This position is based out of Bangalore INDIA. Outcomes and Accomplishments As a Principal Functional Analyst SAP-FICO, you will: • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close.) • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. • Design, customize, configure and test FI/CO modules. • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. • Document functional designs, test cases and results.



• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required • Work self-directed and independently What You Bring: • Expertise in SAP FICO with 4 to 8 Years of experience. • Strong analytical skills combined with a sense of urgency and high energy level. • Hands-on Development Experience in: ➢ Requirement gathering ➢ AS-IS / TO-BE / GAP Analysis ➢ Process Design ➢ BBP Design ➢ TR Activities ➢ RICEFW ➢ FS Document preparation ➢ Scenario specific configuration /Customization /Integration ➢ Testing / Training / Documentation ➢ Data Migration / Cut-over activities / Deployment ➢ GST/Withholding tax ➢ LSMW / BDC ➢ Sort out day to day queries of end users. ➢ Configure Global settings and Enterprise structure settings. ➢ Configure G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting. ➢ Prepare End user training Document. ➢ Validations & Substitutions ➢ Cost Center accounting, Profit Center accounting, Internal orders and Profitability analysis ➢ SAP Query • Experience in Integrations with SD, FI/CO, AM, MM & PS modules • Should have good domain understanding in FICO, MM & PS area • Good team Player and Good Communication skills • Should be able to deliver cross-functional development objects Benefits • You will be part of a large international and culturally diverse team • You will have the opportunity to make an impact for the organization, and for the customers • You will have opportunities to further grow your skills and grow within the company • You will have the opportunity to expand your professional network
