Role & responsibilities

The BAMS Doctor will provide Ayurvedic consultations to patients through a Virtual OPD platform via phone/video calls, ensuring accurate diagnosis, treatment guidance, and follow-up care.

- Conduct online consultations through video/audio calls or chat
- Assess patient symptoms and medical history remotely
- Provide Ayurvedic diagnosis, treatment plans, and prescriptions
- Suggest lifestyle modifications, diet plans, and home remedies
- Maintain digital patient records and consultation notes
- Schedule and conduct follow-up consultations
- Ensure patient confidentiality and data privacy
- Coordinate with pharmacy/logistics teams for medicine dispatch (if applicable)
- Follow standard telemedicine and ethical guidelines

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
- Robust knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and clinical practice
- Comfortable with virtual consultation tools and software
- Ability to manage time and handle multiple consultations
- Qualified, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
