Job Summary

We are hiring experienced professionals for Store Manager / Floor Manager positions with a leading Jewellery Retail Brand in Agra.

Candidates with experience in Jewellery Retail, Fashion Retail, Luxury Retail, Lifestyle, Apparel, or Premium Retail can be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day showroom/floor operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Drive sales, customer engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain premium showroom standards.
- Monitor daily sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and showroom upkeep.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, audits, and shrinkage control.
- Conduct daily team briefings and support staff training.
- Prepare and maintain sales, stock, and operational MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, grooming, and discipline standards.

Eligibility Criteria





Store Manager

- 810 years of experience in Jewellery / Fashion / Luxury Retail.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a leadership role such as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager.
- Strong experience in team handling, sales, customer service, and store operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Floor Manager

- 3–8 years of experience in Jewellery / Fashion / Luxury Retail.
- Experience in supervising a sales floor and handling a team.
- Strong sales, customer-handling, and team-management skills.
- Ability to drive daily sales targets and maintain showroom standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Jewellery Retail experience will be highly preferred.
- Candidates from Fashion, Luxury, Lifestyle, Apparel, and Premium Retail can also be considered.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and customer-focused personality.
- Target-oriented with strong leadership abilities.
- Willing to work on weekends, rotational shifts, and festive days.
