Posi¢on Summary
Finance Head:
We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Finance Head to lead and manage the
complete nancial opera¢ons of the organiza¢on. The candidate will be responsible for
nancial planning, budge¢ng, taxa¢on, cash-ow management, statutory compliance, MIS
repor¢ng, nancial controls, and overall nancial strategy.
The ideal candidate should be a qualied Chartered Accountant with robust nancial and
leadership experience and the ability to work closely with senior management and external
stakeholders.
Key Responsibili¢es
1. Financial Planning & Strategy
- Develop and implement nancial strategies aligned with the companys business
objec¢ves.
- Prepare annual budgets, nancial forecasts, and long-term nancial plans.
- Provide nancial analysis and strategic recommenda¢ons to the Managing Director and
senior management.
- Monitor the overall nancial health, protability, and growth of the organiza¢on.
2. Fund Management & Banking
- Manage working capital and overall fund requirements of the organiza¢on.
- Coordinate with banks, nancial ins¢tu¢ons, and other nancial stakeholders.
- Manage banking facili¢es, loans, and other funding requirements.
- Monitor loan repayments, interest obliga¢ons, and banking compliance.
- Ensure op¢mum u¢liza¢on of available nancial resources.
3. Cash Flow Management
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash-ow statements.
- Ensure eec¢ve management of receivables, collec¢ons, payables, and vendor payments.




- Plan and manage fund requirements to ensure smooth business opera¢ons.

- Maintain adequate liquidity and working capital.
4. Accoun¢ng & Financial Repor¢ng
- Oversee the prepara¢on and naliza¢on of nancial statements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
- Review monthly MIS, Prot & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports.
- Conduct protability, cost, and variance analysis.
- Present nancial reports and key nancial indicators to senior management.
5. Taxa¢on & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure ¢mely compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC, and other applicable statutory
requirements.
- Develop and implement eec¢ve tax-planning strategies.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and government
authori¢es.
- Ensure ¢mely ling of all returns and statutory documents.
6. Budge¢ng & Cost Control
- Prepare and monitor annual and periodic budgets.
- Compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Iden¢fy cost overruns and recommend correc¢ve ac¢ons.
- Develop and implement eec¢ve cost-control measures.
- Ensure ecient u¢liza¢on of organiza¢onal resources.
7. Internal Controls & Risk Management
- Establish and maintain strong internal nancial controls and processes.
- Iden¢fy nancial and opera¢onal risks and implement appropriate control measures.




- Ensure transparency, accuracy, and accountability in nancial transac¢ons.
- Strengthen systems and processes to prevent nancial irregulari¢es and leakages.
8. Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, tax, and other nancial audits.
- Ensure ¢mely closure of audit observa¢ons.

- Maintain all required nancial records and documenta¢on.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regula¢ons, and company policies.
9. Team Management & Leadership
- Lead and manage the Finance and Accounts team.
- Allocate responsibili¢es and ensure ¢mely comple¢on of nancial ac¢vi¢es.
- Mentor, guide, and develop team members.
- Coordinate eec¢vely with management and various internal departments.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Qualied Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 815 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of nancial planning, budge¢ng, forecas¢ng, and cash-ow
management.
- Excellent understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other statutory compliances.
- Experience in dealing with banks, nancial ins¢tu¢ons, auditors, and consultants.
- Strong analy¢cal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accoun¢ng standards and nancial repor¢ng.
- Prociency in ERP/accoun¢ng so¢ware and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent communica¢on and stakeholder-management skills.
