Role & responsibilities

- Manage recruitment and bulk hiring activities.
- Achieve monthly hiring and joining targets.
- Arrange and mobilize migrant candidates from different locations.
- Build candidate sourcing networks in critical locations.
- Recruit and manage recruitment team members.
- Allocate targets and monitor team performance.
- Coordinate with clients for manpower requirements.
- Handle interviews, selection, joining, and deployment.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities.
- Generate new client leads and convert them into business.
- Handle urgent and critical manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with local recruitment vendors and manpower sources.
- Track daily recruitment, joining, and deployment reports.
- Resolve candidate and client-related recruitment issues.
- Ensure timely manpower supply as per client requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Min 2 Years Experience in Blue collar Hiring

Especially in to Warehousing client handling.
