Job Title: Vendor Development & Procurement Specialist (Female only)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with vendors across India.
- Identify and onboard recent vendors based on business requirements.
- Conduct market research to source reliable and cost-effective suppliers.
- Lead commercial negotiations to achieve the best pricing, quality, and service terms.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal operations and compliance teams for seamless project delivery.
- Maintain vendor database, documentation, and contracts.

Desired Profile:

- 1-4 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Development.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and develop new vendor partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with good commercial acumen.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel for vendor visits across India.
