We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive retail sales, expand market coverage, develop new outlets and strengthen relationships with distributors and retailers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring strong product visibility and availability in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve monthly and annual sales and distribution targets for the assigned territory.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers and key outlets.
3. Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective retail outlet coverage as per the assigned beat plan.
4. Identify and open recent retail outlets and increase product penetration in the assigned market.
5. Ensure availability, visibility and proper display of company products at retail counters.
6. Generate orders from retailers and ensure timely follow-up for order execution and delivery.
7. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, new launches and market trends and share relevant feedback with management.
8. Ensure effective implementation of company schemes,



promotions and trade offers at the retail level.
9. Work closely with distributors to ensure adequate stock availability and smooth market servicing.
10. Track primary and secondary sales and maintain accurate daily sales and market visit records.
11. Ensure proper use of the company's sales/field-force application for attendance, outlet visits, order punching, market coverage and reporting.
12. Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with distributors/retailers for timely collection as required.
13. Ensure proper execution of the assigned beat plan and maximize productive calls and outlet coverage.
14. Collect regular retailer and distributor feedback regarding products, pricing, quality, schemes and competitor activity.
15. Coordinate with the reporting manager and internal teams regarding sales, stock, market issues and customer requirements.
16. Maintain discipline in market working, reporting, attendance and company processes.
