Role & responsibilities

to manage the complete finance and accounting operations of a jewellery business. The person will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting, GST and statutory compliance, cash-flow management, jewellery stock reconciliation, costing, budgeting, MIS, audit coordination and internal financial controls.

- Manage day-to-day accounts and finance operations of the organisation.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries for sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses and journal transactions.
- Supervise and review accounting activities carried out by the finance team.
- Prepare and review monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and other financial reports.
- Ensure timely monthly closing and finalisation of accounts.
- Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS reports for management covering sales, expenses, cash flow, receivables, payables, stock and profitability.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, bank balances and fund requirements.
- Conduct regular bank, cash, customer and vendor reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, including ageing and collection follow-up.




- Verify and approve vendor invoices and payment documentation.
- Maintain strong financial controls over cash, bank transactions and high-value jewellery inventory.

Preferred candidate profile --Female , CA with exp in Finance / Accounts /

- experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in Jewellery / Gold / Retail / Manufacturing preferred.
- Candidates with strong jewellery accounting experience will be given preference.

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax basics.
- Knowledge of jewellery inventory and gold accounting.
- Solid financial reporting and reconciliation skills.
