Outline Systems India is seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer to manage end-to-end software development for government sector projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET, and SQL Server, with the ability to independently handle the complete project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, development, deployment, maintenance, and client coordination.

Key Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in .NET development.
- Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Experience working on Government or e-Governance projects.




- Ability to independently manage and deliver complete projects.
- Experience in application deployment, IIS configuration, Web APIs, and production support.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field)
- B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science)
- M.Sc. (IT/Computer Science)
- MCA (Master of Computer Applications)

Preferred: Experience working directly with Government Departments and managing large-scale enterprise applications.
