Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong expertise in sales, strategy, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the sales cycle, from customer consultation and pitching to deal closure and follow-up
- Drive meeting-to-closure conversions through strategic selling, effective opportunity management, and focused follow-ups




- Conduct pricing and value comparisons to demonstrate ROI to clients
- Own and prioritize the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent movement of opportunities toward revenue
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales tactics

Requirements

- Proven 3+ years of experience in business development and sales
- Solid expertise in sales demonstration and sales strategy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with using and selling technology platform solutions (virtually)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

- Understanding of SEO and Local SEO, online reputation management, and Google and Meta Ads
- Experience in selling digital marketing services or SaaS products to local businesses
