Shootza is looking for a creative and brand-focused Content & Brand Executive to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of how Shootza is presented across social media and digital platforms, with a strong focus on brand building, storytelling and content strategy .

Role: Content & Brand Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Hyderabad / Nellore preferred

Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities: Own Shootza’s social media content direction

Create monthly and weekly content calendars
Develop Reel concepts, hooks, scripts, captions and post ideas
Turn completed shoots into portfolio content and case studies
Create content around Shootza’s services, brand story and capabilities
Coordinate with Operations, Video Editing, Creative and Design teams
Prepare clear content briefs for editors and designers
Plan BTS, client work, educational and promotional content




Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone
Keep Instagram Highlights, pinned posts and portfolio updated

Research trends and develop original ideas relevant to the Shootza brand

Strong written English and Telugu communication skills are key. Experience with Instagram/Reels, storytelling, branding and content strategy is preferred. Basic knowledge of video production and photography workflows is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively, work independently and take ownership of the brand , rather than simply execute assigned posts.
