About the Role

We're looking for a curious, proactive researcher who can help us explore new markets, identify potential clients, and uncover business opportunities for our IT/technology services business.

You'll research industries and companies, identify the right decision-makers, reach out to potential prospects, and use these conversations to generate actionable business insights under the guidance of our management team.

What you'll Do:

- Research new industries, markets and potential business opportunities.
- Identify and profile relevant local and international companies.
- Research decision-makers and build prospect databases.
- Reach out through Linked In, email and phone calls to initiate conversations.
- Understand customer needs, challenges and market trends through research and conversations.
- Track outreach, responses, follow-ups and prospect status.
- Prepare research reports and present key findings to management.
- Identify promising opportunities and recommend areas worth exploring further.
- Support management in validating new markets and potential business opportunities.

What We Are looking For:





- 1–3 years of experience in market research, business research, business development or lead generation.
- Robust communication skills and confidence in starting conversations with new people.
- Genuine curiosity about businesses, industries and markets.
- Comfortable with rejection and able to stay persistent with follow-ups.
- Good internet, Linked In and industry research skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Power Point.
- Prior exposure to or interest in the IT/technology services industry is a strong advantage.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Development or International Business preferred.
- Strong graduates with relevant experience and skills may also be considered.

Growth Path

- This role offers direct exposure to business research, international outreach and opportunity discovery in the IT services space, with an opportunity to grow into a broader Business Development / Market Intelligence role.
