Role Description The Information Technology Support Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for providing first- and second-level technical support to internal users, handling hardware and software issues, and ensuring minimal downtime for IT systems. Day-to-day activities include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, managing user accounts and permissions, monitoring system performance, and supporting network and workstation configurations.



The engineer will also respond to help desk tickets, maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions, and assist with routine system administration tasks such as updates, backups, and security checks. Collaboration with other departments to understand technology needs and implement best practices is an important aspect of this role.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Support and Help Desk Support for end users.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Information Technology fundamentals and infrastructure.
