About the Role Care.fi is looking for a Product Designer to revamp the user experience across our product.
You’ll work closely with Product & Engineering to:
Review existing user journeys and identify usability gaps
Redesign key flows to make them simpler, intuitive and consistent
Bring consistency across UI, interactions and design components
Build reusable design patterns / components
Translate complex product workflows into clean, user-friendly experiences
Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma
What We’re Looking For 1–4 years of experience in Product / UI-UX Design
Solid understanding of usability and user-centric design
Proficiency in Figma
Ability to think in terms of end-to-end user journeys , not just individual screens
Strong product sense and attention to detail
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
