Job Description – Finance Executive

Location: Bhopal – Current Market

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Finance & Banking:

Manage project finance activities, including coordination with banks, financial institutions, lenders, and other stakeholders for loan processing, disbursements, documentation, and related requirements.

2. Project Documentation & Compliance:

Manage and maintain all financial, banking, loan, statutory, and project-related documentation, ensuring records are accurate, updated, and readily accessible.

3. Accounts & Bookkeeping:

Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for the hotel project, including ledger management, reconciliations, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records.

4. Construction Accounting & Cost Tracking:

Manage accounting for the entire construction phase, including contractor and vendor bills, project expenses, material and service costs, work-related payments, project-wise cost allocation,



and tracking actual expenditure against the approved project budget throughout the 2–3 year construction period.

5. Payments & Cash Flow Management:

Manage project-related payments, vendor/contractor transactions, fund requirements, and cash-flow planning while ensuring timely and controlled utilisation of project funds.

6. Financial Reporting & MIS:

Prepare regular financial statements, project cost reports, cash-flow statements, loan utilisation reports, budget-versus-actual reports, and MIS to support management decision-making and project monitoring.

7. Project Financial Coordination:

Act as the central point of coordination for all finance and accounting matters related to the hotel project, working closely with management, consultants, contractors, vendors, auditors, banks, and other project stakeholders.
