Job Summary
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating vehicle sales, handling prospective customers, providing product information, conducting test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets.
* Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, calls, referrals, digital leads, and local activities.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
* Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
* Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives.
* Follow up regularly with leads and prospective customers.
* Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
* Convert enquiries into bookings and deliveries.
* Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams.




* Ensure timely documentation and smooth vehicle delivery.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
* Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
* Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
* Ensure adherence to company sales processes and customer service standards.
