Khalsa Motors is looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Floor Incharge to manage customer interactions, service coordination, job card management, and smooth workshop floor operations. The ideal candidate should have 2 - 3 years of experience in the automobile sector with valuable English communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare and update job cards accurately.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff for timely completion of repair and service jobs.
- Handle customer complaints and service-related concerns professionally.
- Follow up on repair status and keep customers informed about progress.
- Coordinate with customers regarding additional repair/service requirements.




- Ensure smooth functioning and coordination of daily workshop floor activities.
- Monitor job progress and coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain effective communication between customers and workshop staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate with good English communication skills.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in the Automobile/Automotive sector is mandatory.
- Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle repair and servicing processes.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage workshop floor activities efficiently.
