Role & responsibilities :

Tableau server version upgrade and testing of the latest version of tableau server

Automate the process flow, automation of exception handling and recovery.

To upgrade and support the Tableau latest version

Enhance monitoring capability.

Support deployment and testing of changes

Independently manage and resolve all prod and QA issues/queries for on-prem and on-cloud solution for the changes that were rolled out

Work with SFG, $U/Cntrl+M team and other SGX teams to prepare for release and changes

Represent team in various enterprise work stream.

Release

Prepare CICD release package.

Deploy changes to QA and Prod

Extraction requests (query will be provided by L3)

Work with EUC (desktop) team to release the Tableau version to push to end users laptop





Work with Upstream system , Downstream system and users to verify their Tableau related workbooks

Work with HCL teams to upgrade the Tableau servers' OS and middleware application server

Preferred candidate profile
