Role Description The UI/UX Designer role at ATEAMM is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The designer will be responsible for understanding user needs, translating requirements into intuitive interfaces, and shaping end-to-end user experiences for digital products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, developing visual design assets, and collaborating with product, development, and business teams to refine designs.

The role also involves iterating on designs based on feedback and usability testing, ensuring that solutions align with both user expectations and business goals.



The UI/UX Designer is expected to maintain design consistency, document design decisions, and contribute to the overall design standards and guidelines at ATEAMM.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Design Thinking principles to define problems, generate ideas, and create user-centered solutions.
- Strong User Research skills, including planning, conducting, and analyzing interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
- Proficiency in User Experience (UX) design, including information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
- Solid Visual Design skills, with experience in layout, typography, color theory, and creating design systems.
- Experience with Prototyping tools to develop wireframes and interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder reviews.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar applications).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Attention to detail, ability to handle multiple projects, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
