Role Description The Travel Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves handling day-to-day travel arrangements, including booking transportation, accommodation, and other travel services according to client requirements.

The Travel Operations

Executive will consult with clients to understand their preferences, provide suitable travel options, and ensure smooth end-to-end itinerary management. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, updating reservations, resolving travel-related issues, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.



The role also requires prompt communication with customers, addressing queries, and delivering a high level of service to ensure a positive travel experience.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including booking, scheduling, and itinerary planning.
- Experience in Travel Consulting, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and capability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and reservation systems; familiarity with travel booking platforms is an advantage.
- Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality operations is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate in a team-oriented workplace.
