About the Role :

Image Cargo Movers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Transport Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Cargo, Freight Forwarding, CHA, or Logistics industry and be familiar with shipment movement, transport coordination, documentation, and delivery follow-ups.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with transporters, clients, CHA teams, and internal operations teams to ensure the smooth and timely movement of cargo.

Key Responsibilities :

● Coordinate daily transportation requirements for containers.

● Arrange and allocate vehicles according to shipment requirements and delivery schedules.

● Coordinate with transporters,



CHA teams, clients, and internal teams.

● Track vehicle movement and shipment status from pickup to delivery.

● Coordinate transportation for import/export cargo and other logistics movements.

● Maintain records of vehicle container movement, delivery status, PODs, and related tasks.

● Handle transportation-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

● Support the operations team in managing day-to-day logistics activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 1–3 years of experience in Transport Coordination / Logistics / Cargo / Freight Forwarding / CHA operations.

● Candidates with experience in the Cargo or CHA industry will be preferred.

● Good knowledge of MS Excel, email, and basic computer operations.

● Ability to manage multiple shipments and transportation requirements simultaneously.

● Robust problem-solving and time-management skills.

● Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines.
