Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tour Consultant role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

The Tour

Consultant will advise clients on domestic and international travel options, create customized itineraries, and recommend suitable packages in line with clients’ preferences and budgets.

Responsibilities include coordinating guided tours, preparing quotations, handling bookings and reservations, and ensuring all travel documentation and requirements are accurately managed.



The role involves regular interaction with customers via in-person meetings, phone, and email, resolving queries, and providing after-sales support to ensure smooth travel experiences.

The Tour

Consultant will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to secure competitive rates, maintain up-to-date destination knowledge, and contribute to sales targets and service quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting and Travel & Tourism skills, with the ability to design and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide responsive support.
- Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in Guided Tours, including itinerary planning, coordination, and on-ground logistics.
- Relevant academic background in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and common booking or reservation systems, along with strong organizational and time-management skills, is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, attention to detail, and familiarity with domestic and international destinations are advantageous.
