Role Description The Telesales Representative will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote Tatva Developers’ projects, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining project features, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining call logs and lead records, and following up with potential buyers to support the sales cycle.



The role also involves coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and provide feedback from customer interactions.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships
- Sales skills, including lead generation, prospect qualification, and closing techniques
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training programs focused on product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM or call management systems
- Prior experience in telesales, real estate sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Ability to work from the Chennai office and manage high call volumes with a target-driven approach
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is an advantage
