Role Description The Telemarketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. In this role, the executive will make outbound calls to prospective students and clients, explain internship and training programs, and generate leads for various domains offered by Techvolt Software. Daily tasks include contacting potential candidates, responding to inquiries, providing accurate program information, and maintaining call records and lead databases.





The executive will collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to follow up on leads, support enrollment processes, and contribute to meeting outreach and conversion targets. The role requires consistent professional communication, adherence to calling schedules, and a focus on delivering a positive and informative experience to all callers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills for explicit, professional, and engaging phone conversations.
- Candidates should possess lead generation and sales skills to identify prospects, promote programs, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Candidates should possess customer service and customer support skills to handle questions, concerns, and follow-ups courteously and efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools or call-tracking systems would be beneficial.
- A background in marketing, business, or related fields, and prior telemarketing or call center experience would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage time effectively, and meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets is expected.
