Role Description The Tele caller role at SOGO India is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Tele caller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing company products and services, and generating interest or leads. Daily tasks include explaining offerings clearly, answering customer queries, updating customer information in the system, and following up on leads to support the sales process.

The role also involves maintaining call records, adhering to call scripts and compliance guidelines,



and collaborating with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Performance will be measured through call quality, conversion rates, and contribution to overall sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and professional telephone etiquette.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including listening skills and a helpful, solution-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM or call management software, along with accurate data entry skills.
- Sales aptitude, including lead generation, persuasion, and ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Hyderabad and manage high call volumes with consistent productivity.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support in IT or related sectors is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Qualified, respectful attitude with commitment to non-discriminatory and inclusive customer interactions.
