Role Overview The role is a techno-functional Business Analyst supporting finance, information systems, and business process improvement.

The position works with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to support solution design.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and development teams.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to elicit requirements and communicate progress.
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, testers, and stakeholders.
- Support UAT planning, change management, training, and documentation.
- Monitor deliverables, analyze market and regulatory changes, maintain system documentation, and identify improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree in Engineering and experience in Finance, Information Systems, ERP systems, or a related field are required.
- Proven Business Analyst experience, preferably in banking or financial services, is required.
- Gap analysis, feasibility study, IT issue analysis, requirements gathering,



and documentation experience are required.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills are required.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is required.
- The ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team is required.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.

Finance and Systems Expertise
- Required finance knowledge includes amortization, deferred costs, accrued income and expenses, depreciation, accounting life cycle, and inventory accounts management.
- Required expertise includes general accounting, IFRS 16 lease accounting, accounts controls, and reporting.
- Infor SunSystems is listed as a good-to-have technical skill.
- Experience with business intelligence and data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Relevant finance certification is preferable.

Work Environment
- The role operates across business, IT, development, testing, and project stakeholders in a multidisciplinary environment.
