- Robotics Location: Chennai /Bengaluru (Remote / Travel across India)? Responsibilities· Provide pre-sales & after-sales technical support to agents &
- OEM customers· Troubleshoot PLC, motion control, HMI, servo drive & robotic integration issues· Support product setup, commissioning, firmware/software updates & remote diagnostics· Document issues/solutions and work with global engineering/R&D; on escalations· Support customer/distributor training and test recent hardware/software releases✅ Requirements· Bachelor’s or above in Electrical Automation Engineering or related· 3+ years in technical support,



troubleshooting & field service· Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, servo drives & motion controllers· Familiar with Modbus, Ether CAT, CANopen, Profinet, Ether Net/IP
- Kinco Builder, DTools Pro, CODESYS; digital/smart factory &
- Io T· Able to read electrical schematics &
- PLC logic; strong analytical & communication skills· Fluent English &
