nTechnical Support / Application Engineer — Industrial Automation & Robotics

nLocation: Chennai /Bengaluru (Remote / Travel across India)

n

n???? Responsibilities

n· Provide pre-sales & after-sales technical support to agents & OEM customers

n· Troubleshoot PLC, motion control, HMI, servo drive & robotic integration issues

n· Support product setup, commissioning, firmware/software updates & remote diagnostics

n· Document issues/solutions and work with global engineering/R&D; on escalations

n· Support customer/distributor training and test new hardware/software releases

n

n✅ Requirements

n· Bachelor’s or above in Electrical Automation Engineering or related

n· 3+ years in technical support, troubleshooting & field service





n· Robust knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, servo drives & motion controllers

n· Familiar with Modbus, EtherCAT, CANopen, Profinet, EtherNet/IP; Kinco Builder, DTools Pro, CODESYS; digital/smart factory & IoT

n· Able to read electrical schematics & PLC logic; strong analytical & communication skills

n· Fluent English & Hind

n· Robotic arms, robots, AGV/AMR/Shuttle experience a plus

n· Willing to travel across India
