We are looking for an accomplished Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology delivery across a large Banking Portfolio, spanning Deposits, Credit Cards, Digital Banking, Payments, Real Estate, Disputes, and Member Protection.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who combines strong banking domain expertise, technical depth, customer management, P&L; ownership, and an AI-first mindset.

? Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end technology delivery and P&L; performance for the Banking Portfolio
- Drive delivery excellence, profitability, governance, and operational performance
- Partner with senior business and customer stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into scalable technology solutions
- Provide technical leadership across Java Full Stack, Spring Boot, ReactJS, GoLang, AWS, Microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architecture
- Drive AI and automation initiatives to enhance customer experience, engineering productivity, and operational efficiency
- Lead large, cross-functional Agile engineering teams
- Manage program risks, dependencies, governance, and executive stakeholder communication
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, compliant, and customer-centric
- Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement





✅ What We’re Looking For

✔️ 18 years of technology delivery leadership experience

✔️ Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services

✔️ Expertise across Deposits, Credit Cards, Digital Banking and/or Payments

✔️ Proven P&L; and large-scale delivery ownership

✔️ Robust customer and executive stakeholder management

✔️ Technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, GoLang & AWS

✔️ Strong understanding of Microservices, APIs & Cloud-Native Architecture

✔️ Experience leading large Agile technology programs and engineering teams

✔️ Demonstrated AI-first mindset with exposure to AI, automation, and data-driven transformation

✔️ Strong delivery governance, risk management, and operational excellence capabilities
