VLSI TECHNOLOGY is expanding its academic and research team and invites applications for the position of Teaching Faculty.

We are looking for passionate Ph.D. and M.Tech professionals with solid academic, research, and/or industry experience to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

The selected faculty will have opportunities to contribute to teaching, mentoring, research, technology development, and government-funded R&D; projects in emerging technology domains.

As part of our academic and technology initiatives, VLSI TECHNOLOGY is also developing a Modular M.Tech program focused on cutting-edge technologies, connecting advanced academic learning with practical research and industry-oriented applications.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical lectures and mentor students

Develop and support advanced curriculum and laboratory activities





Participate in research and technology development projects

Contribute to government-funded and industry-oriented R&D; initiatives

Guide student projects and research activities

Collaborate with academic, industry, and research partners

Eligibility

Ph.D. / M.Tech in relevant engineering or technology disciplines

Strong academic and/or research background

Industry or project experience will be an added advantage

Passion for teaching, mentoring, research, and emerging technologies
