Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of technical and non-technical positions. The specialist partners with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job profiles, and ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.

Day-to-day activities include leveraging multiple channels and networks to attract qualified talent, maintaining candidate pipelines, and delivering a positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment metrics, and collaborating with HR to ensure effective onboarding and workforce planning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to effectively assess candidates and make informed selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employer Branding to help position Gnxtace Technologies as an employer of choice.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
- Experience recruiting for technology, digital marketing, or design roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and social media recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field,



or equivalent relevant experience.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an immediate joiner who can hit the ground running and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment execution across technology and business functions

- 2 - 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, IT Recruitment, or Technical Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience hiring technology professionals, such as Software Developers, Digital Marketers, Design engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, or other roles.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, Boolean search, and candidate database sourcing.
- Strong understanding of technical job descriptions and the ability to identify relevant technology talent.
- Experience managing candidates through screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and joining.
- Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- A proactive, target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on recruitment execution and closure.
